Academy Life

Our Vision, Our Values

Quite simply, our vision for Ormiston SWB Academy is “Learning for Life, Securing Success” based upon the four values of Aspire, Respect, Engage, Achieve. Whilst we are absolutely dedicated to our students achieving the best possible outcomes, we are also committed to nurturing their personal development from children into happy and successful young adults. It is our mission to remove barriers, broaden their minds and challenge them to be the best they can be!  Ormiston SWB Academy students:

  • Aspire to be the best they can be and work hard towards achieving their goals.
  • Respect themselves and others.
  • Engage in their learning and development, seeking opportunities and experiences to enable them to grow.
  • Achieve academic and personal success and have happy and successful futures though being confident and fully equipped for life in the 21st Century.
