The South Wolverhamtpon & Bilston Academy

Ben Timmins dream was to join the Army and become a Tank Crewman. He started his training while with us at the Academy and then joined the Military Preparation College in Wolverhampton before moving onto ATR Winchester barracks for his extensive Army training. Ben has worked so hard to achieve his dreams and now he has Passed out as a Gunner in The Royal Artillery Regiment.

While doing his training Ben has also been put forward for the British Army Olympics for his military marksmanship skills.
His next phase is at Larkhill where he will pass all the driving licence's test to enable him to drive Heavy Equipment Transporters, Tanks, Quad Bikes, HGV and any other Military vehicle. Ben then will be deployed to serve Queen & Country in the Army.

What an amazing young man, we are so proud of him.
