The South Wolverhamtpon & Bilston Academy

Progress Days

SWB Academy is committed to working in partnership with parents to ensure the best possible education for our students. Following consultation with parents, we have change from the traditional Parents' Evening model to Progress Days. At Progress Days, parents and students meet with Form Tutors to discuss all aspects of the student's life at SWB Academy - attendance, behaviour, achievement, learning targets, enrichment etc. We believe that this gives a holistic view of the child and works in their best interest. Parents agree and say that this way of working has really helped them to engage in the learning of their child.
