The South Wolverhamtpon & Bilston Academy

At the end of February several year 11 boys went on a Bush craft and Survivalist training course.

The course involved learning how to survive in the wild with only a limited amount of tools. They built a shelter to sleep in, built a fire to cook on and so they could stay warm.

After building their shelters, they also learnt about the different types of food they could eat in the wild and how to hunt for food.
